Mechanical
Our experienced team of mechanical commissioning engineers diligently record air and water flow rates and pressures to determine system performance against the intended design and available capacity.
Condition reporting is carried out mechanical plant providing evidence as to their condition and anticipated life expectancy.
Microbiological and chemistry water samples to BSRIA specifications can be taken on closed circuit systems to provide evidence as to the condition of pipework and quality of the water treatment regime.
Public Health
To support a proposed design our engineers will verify the locations of waste pipes, and where required our specialist partner contractor can provide a CCTV survey to verify concealed locations and condition.
Domestics
Measuring the temperature of potable outlets will confirm that domestic water outlets are within industry guidelines, pressures may also be recorded to ensure they are satisfactory.
Taking of Legionella samples will prove the system is satisfactory and properly maintained.
